Initiate Your Request
Log into your REFURB account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and cloud accounts, then securely pack the device in its original packaging along with all included accessories.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition against our certification standards, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
